At Carat Crystal, we want you to be completely satisfied with your crystal purchase. We understand that sometimes things may not meet your expectations or arrive in perfect condition. Please review our refund and return policy below:

- If you receive a crystal that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.
- We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
- Please ensure that the crystal is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the purchase receipt or proof of purchase.
- Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange accordingly.
2. Refunds:
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason other than damage or defect, you may request a refund within 3 calendar days of receiving your order.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the invoice in the box.
- Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund.
- Please note that shipping costs for the returned item are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the return shipping fees of SGD$10 for local delivery and for overseas delivery we will advise accordingly to the countries.

- When returning an item, we will be use a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe arrival of the package.
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).
- If the returned item is damaged during return shipping due to inadequate packaging, we may deduct a restocking fee from your refund.
4. Exceptions:
- For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on product that have been used or altered in any way.
