Yes, we provide order tracking services. Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and estimated delivery time of your package

2. Photos will be taken and send it to you before it is packed.  
3. Tracking link for the courier will be emailed to you for your reference once the order is packed. 
4. Processing time is 1 to 3 working days and local delivery is 1 to 4 working days.

• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the invoice in the box.

• Please note that shipping costs for the returned item are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the return shipping fees of SGD$10 for local delivery and for overseas delivery we will advise accordingly to the countries.

• You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).
