Shipping Policy

  1. All items are sent on courier. 
  2. Photos will be taken and send it to you before it is packed.  
  3. Tracking link for the courier will be emailed to you for your reference once the order is packed. 
  4. Processing time is 1 to 3 working days and local delivery is 1 to 4 working days. 
  5. For express delivery, please contact us via email (Support@caratcrystal.com) or whatapp us at (+65 88945472) and we will check and let you know whether it is possible. SGD$5 to $15 will be added for the express delivery surcharge depending on the location.  
  6. International courier delivery charges are determined on the country and it will takes up to 7 to 14 working days.
